The French State voiced its support for the AMTM association in its preparation for the World Sheep Shearing and Woolhandling championship, taking place from the 4th to 7th July 2019. A meeting took place at the Sous-Prefecture in Bellac on Tuesday 13th February with the presence of the Mayor of Le Dorat, elected representatives from the North Haute Vienne area and the Haute Vienne departmental council, and the Chamber of Agriculture and Dorsal.
